Had my AC go out on a 100 degree Saturday and they showed up within 30 minutes. Unfortunately my compressor quit but they were quick to get everything ordered and installed on Monday. Will definitely continue to use them for heating and air conditioning needs.

I called to schedule an appointment and they were able to come out right away, which is already a rarity in Midland. Then, after Jonathan came out to replace our RO filters last week, we noticed our pressure was still low in the dispenser. He came back to try to fix it not once but TWICE and made sure we were happy before he left! Super responsive to messages, great customer service, I HIGHLY recommend National Heating and Plumbing.

I really like that I was offered several repair options from the cheapest “band-aid” to full replacement and a few options in between. Very professional and they do good work.
