Our air conditioning quit working on a 100 degree plus day and of course it was after hours. We called National Heating and Plumbing and they sent out a technician within an hour. Brandon came out and got our AC working as best he could for the evening and then returned the next day to completely fix out system. We will use National for all of our HVAC and plumbing needs from this point forward! Brandon was a great technician and very professional!
The A/C repair tech called and said he would arrive in 15 minutes. He got here in 15 minutes, analyzed the A/C problems (capacitor failure). Replaced the failed capacitor, checked coolant level, and had the unit blowing cold air in 20 minutes. The repairman, Alfredo was kind, courteous, and polite. I would highly recommend National for A/C problems.
They were very prompt and professional in coming to our home and replacing our Water Heater, which was going out. We had other issues with a leak in our kitchen which was repaired very promptly. I would definitely recommend National Heating and Plumbing. Very Professional and Kind!
Had my AC go out on a 100 degree Saturday and they showed up within 30 minutes. Unfortunately my compressor quit but they were quick to get everything ordered and installed on Monday. Will definitely continue to use them for heating and air conditioning needs.
It was a pleasure working with this company, from dispatch to plumber. Robert worked quickly and professionally to repair a leak. I really like that I was offered several repair options from the cheapest “band-aid” to full replacement and a few options in between. Very professional and they do good work.
