I called to schedule an appointment and they were able to come out right away, which is already a rarity in Midland. Then, after Jonathan came out to replace our RO filters last week, we noticed our pressure was still low in the dispenser. He came back to try to fix it not once but TWICE and made sure we were happy before he left! Super responsive to messages, great customer service, I HIGHLY recommend National Heating and Plumbing.

They worked to squeeze me in since my A/C was not working on the hottest day this week. The tech called when he was having problems with the computer board to get help and make sure he got my A/C up and running. They had to travel 60 miles to get to my house one way.
