Had my AC go out on a 100 degree Saturday and they showed up within 30 minutes. Unfortunately my compressor quit but they were quick to get everything ordered and installed on Monday. Will definitely continue to use them for heating and air conditioning needs.
They came out the day we called. Amazing service!! Installed 2 new toilets and fixed the plumbing under our kitchen sink. They were very friendly and did an outstanding job!
I called on a Friday for an emergency leak around 12 in the afternoon. I had called every plumbing company in Odessa and was told I would have to wait till Monday which was very inconvenient because I have 4 kids. Not only did national show up within the hour but they detected the leak and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. They were very prompt and professional in coming to our home and replacing our Water Heater, which was going out. We had other issues with a leak in our kitchen which was repaired very promptly. I would definitely recommend National Heating and Plumbing. Very Professional and Kind!

They worked to squeeze me in since my A/C was not working on the hottest day this week. The tech called when he was having problems with the computer board to get help and make sure he got my A/C up and running. They had to travel 60 miles to get to my house one way.
My a/c went out and National sent someone out within an hour and had it up and running. Have been using them for all my plumbing and ac needs for over 15 years. And will continue to do so. Highly recommend!
Called them about having my AC serviced and was followed up shortly by a technician and scheduled same day, he stayed until my Unit was fixed and was respectful and mindful of my family and kids while repairing it. Couldn’t be happier definitely recommend
It was a pleasure working with this company, from dispatch to plumber. Robert worked quickly and professionally to repair a leak. I really like that I was offered several repair options from the cheapest “band-aid” to full replacement and a few options in between. Very professional and they do good work.
