The crew arrived and went straight to work. Analyzing the problems and going to work on them. They made the repairs as needed and informed me of bigger issues and gave us an estimate for repair.
I called to schedule an appointment and they were able to come out right away, which is already a rarity in Midland. Then, after Jonathan came out to replace our RO filters last week, we noticed our pressure was still low in the dispenser. He came back to try to fix it not once but TWICE and made sure we were happy before he left! Super responsive to messages, great customer service, I HIGHLY recommend National Heating and Plumbing.
I couldn’t be more pleased with a company. They are quick to get out when needed. From the office staff to the guys in the field they are always friendly and knowledgeable.
The A/C repair tech called and said he would arrive in 15 minutes. He got here in 15 minutes, analyzed the A/C problems (capacitor failure). Replaced the failed capacitor, checked coolant level, and had the unit blowing cold air in 20 minutes. The repairman, Alfredo was kind, courteous, and polite. I would highly recommend National for A/C problems.
National is 2 for 2 with us! In the same week we had water all over our kitchen floor and then our AC stopped blowing cold air a few days later. In both instances they were extremely quick to get there, diagnose the problem, and get it fixed. Thanks Logan and Mike! We won’t be calling anyone else from here on out!
