They worked to squeeze me in since my A/C was not working on the hottest day this week. The tech called when he was having problems with the computer board to get help and make sure he got my A/C up and running. They had to travel 60 miles to get to my house one way.
The generator was set with perfection and installed very professional. The service men worked really hard and did a quality job. They installed the two main boxes and switches, hooked up the unit, Doug the ditch and ran the propane line. Great job I highly recommend National to every one who needs a generator. National is 2 for 2 with us! In the same week we had water all over our kitchen floor and then our AC stopped blowing cold air a few days later. In both instances they were extremely quick to get there, diagnose the problem, and get it fixed. Thanks Logan and Mike! We won’t be calling anyone else from here on out!
